Master degree on Sleep Sciences from Lisbon Medical School,  sleep specialist certified by the European Sleep Research Society. Founder of  APCMS and member of APS, coordinator and lecturer on the post-gratuation on chronobiology and sleep medicine -  CESPU,  responsible for the Paediatrics Consult of Sleep pathology and the Sleep Paediatric Lab on the Hospital Fernando Fonseca and Hospital da Luz.
