Hugo Rodrigues is a pediatrician at the Local Health Unit of Alto Minho, EPE where, in addition to his activity as a general pediatrician, he also works on adolescence medicine.

In addition to clinical activity, he teaches at the School of Health Sciences of the University of Minho and the School of Health and Technologies of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. He is also a trainer of the Pediatric Resuscitation Group, the entity responsible for training at the national level in the area of ​​pediatric emergency.

He is the Director of the Portuguese Society of Adolescence Medicine and Collaboration as a reviewer with a Portuguese Pediatric Act, an official journal of the Portuguese Society of Pediatrics.
