Joana Garcia da Fonseca

Joana Garcia da Fonseca has a degree on clinic psychology from ISPA. Is a family therapist and sytemic intervention (on supervision) by the Portuguese Society of Family Therapy. Has been study the model of corporal psychotherapist, by the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis (IIBA), and she's also a specialist in comunitary psychology and justice by the Portuguese Order of Psychologists. 

She's an activist for the human rights, and has been envolved in the area of promotion and protection of human and childreen rights, in contexts of social vulnerability and cultural diversity, with a systemic approach, inspired in colaborative models. 

Joana was member of CPCJ da Amadora, which she keept in the adminstrative board between 2012 until 2016. Nowadays, she's been working on the tecnical team of the National Comission for the Promotion of rights and safety of Childreen and Adolescents. 

She also integrates PAR - a platform which give support to the refugies, which allows her to experienced a voluntary mission in Lesbos, in August.
